Advancing Businesses is a group of coaches who choose to work together to support businesses in reaching their full potential.
They each have extensive expereince in senior business management roles in revenue, finance, admin, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, branding, IT, building teams, leadership. To date they continue to hold outside directorships of other companies.
We have been through the good and the bad and the ugly. We have survived and persevered. Through our own experiences, and our clients, we have learned what is important and what is not, and understand what it takes to keep on track to get to the goal.
Our clients recognize we have the skill to read between the lines, to see the gaps in what they may not be considering, and recognize that they are very close to their business- we stand back and give an outside perspective. We don’t tell you what to do, we ask you the real questions others don’t have the courage to.
Locations
We don’t have a bricks and mortar business. For 8 years we’ve been working with clients in their space, in their premises and over the phone. Not only does this keep our coaching prices affordable, we discovered long ago this is what our clients preferred because it’s what they need when they need it. And personal coaching is entirely conducted over the phone.
Community
We have chosen to align ourselves with “Success for Teens”. This program was started 2 years ago by a group of successful business people. It’s a program to keep the mind set of teens in thinking young, thinking which has not been distorted by perceptions of what is good and bad, what is possible and what is not. It’s about building self-esteem and teaching them to believe in themselves. There’s a well written coaching book that accompanies this program that has had huge results for teens in the US and we are trying to get this book into High Schools in NZ.
