Fast Growth Companies need an orderly system or process that is scalable

A common issue for fast growth companies is they feel that they are losing control of their ability to guide and manage growth. It is this notion of "I am losing control...what and who can help me?" that I here often... Things are not happening/being implemented within the team and they need processes, disciplined people, disciplined thought and disciplined action to make things happen. Sometimes they have not clearly defined their strategy or are struggling with it. The result of this is that the execution is not carried out well or is missing the mark.
