Business coaching in Christchurch and NZ

Business coaching is a one-on-one, comprehensive approach to moving your business and your life forward to where you want it. It can greatly enhance business performance, much like an athletic coach helps an athlete reach peak performance.

Business coaching is a vital aid in maximising your potential, especially when:

  • your business is in crisis
  • you have growth aspirations
  • you are working too many long and hard hours
  • you are unsure of the right actions to take for the business.

My coaching is special

  • I deal with what your business really needs now.
  • I ensure my clients have a realistic, long-term strategic business plan and goals for us to work to.
  • I do not do "tick the box, start at page 1 and go to page 500" coaching. I tailor my approach to each unique situation.
  • I meet my clients at their premises around Christchurch and New Zealand.
More on what I offer

Business coaching is:

  • partnering in an engaging and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential
  • focused on what is important to you, and tailored to your business needs
  • creating understanding of what a successful business needs
  • focused on future goals and how to achieve them
  • results driven — training and coaching business owners for business performance.

Business coaching is not:

  • a silver bullet — you have to put in the work to make it work. Don't worry — you will see the results of your efforts
  • business mentoring. (Mentors are usually limited by specific industry experience)
  • a workshop or group therapy session
  • consultancy. Consultants specialise in a specific area, and when their work finishes, so does the experience
  • something you should miss out on.
