The procedures and systems that Leigh helped implement into AFE's structure, which have also spilled over into my life skills, have had a large impact on the way I choose to run my business and live. Our market share has improved to the extent we have had to employ an extra full time driver plus a part time office worker. The increased growth created other problems of tracking skips and bookings. Over the last couple of months we have upgraded our accounting package and have had a data system designed which helps us track our skips and gives us daily schedules for the drivers, saving extra time in the evenings sorting out driver routes. This data base will also enable us to use it as a marketing tool.
